ZESE strives to provide quality-assured and good performance products. If you are caught in some problems when using our products, please contact our support staff for help.

 

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

 

All orders you purchase on ZESE may be returned unused

for any reason for a full refund within 30 days from the date of order delivery. The time of delivery is subject to the logistics tracking information. Shipping charges are not refundable after shipment.

 

Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

ZESE will not cover shipping costs for non-quality returns.

 

NON-REFUNDALE:

 

Damage from outside sources

Products without sufficient proof of purchase

Lost or stolen products

Non quality-related issues

Free products

Repairs through 3rd parties

Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls,extreme temperatures,water, operating devices improperly)

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

RETURNS

 

After receiving the return confirmation from ZESE, the buyer will be given the return address and will need to return the item to the specified address and then send the tracking slip number to jason@zeseco.com so that we can track it and check the order.

 

Please include the following information in your return request.

 

Order number/Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Complete delivery address

Contact telephone number

*Please contact our Customer Support team at Email before you submit your return or exchange. Otherwise, we are not responsible to take charge of the related cost may cause.

 

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipts for the returning package within 7 days from the Return&Exchange approval date. Otherwise, your return request will be voided. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.

 

REFUNDS

 

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received a refund please contact our Customer Serive Team at jason@zeseco.com

 

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS

 

If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us (jason@zeseco.com) to cancel or change your order; you can cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped.

In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leave the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
